Aspenhills Consulting’s personnel have over 10 years of experience in leading the VDC process for general contractors and their project teams. In their roles as BIM/VDC Department Managers for G.C.s, they were responsible for creating BIM Standards and project specific Execution plans. They also took the lead in coordinating the modeling efforts by the trade contractors, and the overall clash detection processes. Our background is not theoretical experience simply based on modeling skills; we approach each project from the real life experience of a general contractor using BIM to support the budget and schedule.
