MorningStar will offer 124 independent living suites, with 71 suites for assisted living and 29 secure suites designed specifically for those with Alzheimer’s and other memory impairments.

Aspenhills Consulting services include:

  • Working directly for the electrical trade contractor to create 3D models of its scope of work.
  • Identification of unique company standards and details for inclusion in the model.
  • Participation in the clash detection process on behalf of the electrical contractor.
  • Coordination with other sub trades.
