The project consists of a 32,000 square foot office and event space for the Alumni Association and the Foundation.

Aspenhills Consulting will work with the HVAC/Pluming trade contractor to model their work throughout the 4 story structure. Congested areas will involve both horizontal and vertical modeling and layout visualizations to facilitate prefabrication and field installation utilizing robotic total stations.
